Shipping Policy

 

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail. All orders shipped to the U.K. will be shipped first-class for free. All orders shipped to Europe will be shipped by airmail, and will attract a shipping and handling fee of 2.00GBP. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be automatically included in the cost of your order. If requested, Ski Film Reviews Ltd. can ship outside Europe but will not be liable to pay for import tax and/or customs duty on behalf of the consumer. In addition, additional fees may occur depending on the destination of the order.

 

For orders amounting to €50 and more to Europe, the shipping fee will be waivered. If requested, orders can be shipped via a courier service such as TNT/UPS, additional charges will be added accordingly.

In the case that you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, items that are unopened and not damaged in any way may be returned within 30 days of receipt free of charge (shipping costs will still apply).
