Where do you ship?

  • We ship anywhere in Europe! If you're unsure whether we can ship to you feel free to contact us via the contact us tab!

 

 

Why do you only take paypal as a form of payment?

  • Paypal is known to be safe, trustworthy and user-friendly. Also, it allows our customers to pay by credit card in a safe and secure manner.

 

 

Can I not just pay by bank transfer?

  • If you wish to pay by bank transfer that is not a problem. Just contact us via the contact us tab and let us know and we will give you the necessary details. Be warned though, that it will take us considerably longer to ship the item you order though.

 

 

Can I mail you a cheque?

  • Unfortunately, no. It doesn't take too long to set up a paypal account and if you run into any difficult we will be more than happy to help out.

 

 

Every time I try to add an item to my cart, nothing happens. Why is this?

  • This seems to be a problem with the Safari browser. It should work with any other browser. Alternatively, feel free to contact us with your order, and we can process it that way. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes to Safari users.


I've paid for my order but haven't received it yet. What should I do?

  • Just contact us and let us know what's happened.

 

 

I ordered something from your website but it wasn't what I asked for, how can you sort this out?

How do the pre-orders work?
  • You simply order the DVD and then pay for it upfront. Once we receive the DVDs we will ship it to you (1st class if within the UK).

  • SkiDVDStore.co.uk belongs to the company called Ski Film Reviews Limited, and thus all payments are made to them. Don't worry though! The website is maintained by Ski Film Reviews Limited as well, no third-parties are involved.
